Boys and girls who have completed Three years of age will be given Admission for LKG. Admission for I std to IX std will be taken against chance vacancies at the beginning of the year. Before withdrawing a student from the school a requisition letter should be given to the principle. Transfer certificate will be given on payment in a week time. Transfer certificate will be issued only all the dues to the school have been paid.

School fees is covered for 12 calendar months. No reduction is made for holidays or broken periods, fee should be paid in advance before 8th of every month, failing which a late fee of Rs.50 /- wi ll be levied after the 10th of the month. 1. All pupil must be punctual to school, Late comers will not be admitted inside the school.
2. It is compulsory for every pupil to come to school in full uniform.
3. No pupil may absent himself without producing a leave letter in advance which should be duly signed by the competent authority of the school.
4. Pupils are responsible for the care of their personal belongings. Expensive jewels or ornaments are totally banned and the school administration take no responsibility to their loss.
5. Student should take proper care of the school property. Any damage done must be paid at the discretion of the school authority.
6. Every pupil must posses the school diary which should be brought daily to school.
7. Pupils should be presented on the reopening day after vacation and on the last working day of every term.
1. Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities in enforcing regularity, punctuality, discipline in their wards and by taking daily interest in their children’s progress. They should check the school diary daily and note the Home work assigned.
2. Parents are requested to meet the teachers occasionally to discuss the progress of their wards.
3. Rank cards should be checked and duly signed by the parent within the time prescribed.
4. Students who play truant, i.e. roam about without attending School will be issued T.C at the end of the academic year.
5. Parents/ Guardians are not allowed to meet their children or to speak to the teachers during school hours. All enquiries must be made at school office.
6. The absentees for the examination without proper reason will be considered as detained. No re-examination will be held. In case of meritorious students, the mark of the year will be considered by the competent authority.
7. The institution takes responsibility for student within the school premises, but not for any outwards incident which beyond their control.
8. Promotion at the end of the year will be depend on the performance of pupil during the examinations. Results of Examination once decided is final and no appeals will be entertained after result published.
9. Parents are requested to read the above regulations carefully and to ensure that their children abide by them.
